We can help build and audit safety and environmental management systems, and we can check on the effectiveness of these systems through auditing and site safety inspections. Some clients needs specific produces written, while others are looking for an outsourced and retained health and safety provider.
Fire Safety
Our fire risk assessor is able to carry out general fire risk assessments, door surveys, compartmentation and fire-stop surveys. We have a wide range of fire safety training programmes, which can be taught online or in person.
Leadership Coaching
Our consultants have come from senior management positions in industry and from local authority. Our safety leadership and leadership coaching services are delivered by experienced and trained leadership coaches. Whether you are looking to develop your managers or you want to put in place sustainable safety improvements, our coaches can help your business grow and prosper safely. We are an approved Myers-Briggs Assessment Centre and we use these assessments to enhance our leadership coaching programmes.
Wellbeing at Work
There is no doubt about it, wellbeing at work is incredibly important to the success of a business. We have trained and experienced organisational psychologists that help our clients develop their wellbeing strategies. From mental health first aid, to delivering sessions on wellbeing at work, our consultants are here to help. We have developed an Emotional Healthy Workplace programme to help our clients develop a sustained approach to mental health at work.
Security, Emergency Response and Business Continuity
We have the experience and skills to carry out security risk assessments and to develop emergency response capability for our clients.
Online Training Portal
All our courses can be delivered face-to-face. Alternatively, we have an online training portal where our courses can be delivered virtually. Consisting of videos, presentations, and supporting documentation, our online courses offer a very cost-effective method of training. From a single delegate to 100 users, online training is an effective way to keep your employees competent.

We are registered and chartered safety professionals with the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, the Institute of Fire Engineers and the British Psychological Society.
